The software used to create this website collects information on the device used, referring domain, and location, but nothing more.

We do not collect any personal identifying information, unless you fill out a contact form.

If you fill out the contact box or call for an inquiry, then obviously we have your contact information because you are asking us to contact you. So, that collected information includes your email address, name, phone number, and message.

If you contact us and we reply, we are not agreeing to be your lawyer or law firm and you are not our client, unless and until we and you sign a written retainer agreement.

If we decline to undertake representation, your inquiry remains confidential, and you owe nothing.
