Working to Protect Your Legal Rights
Dedicated To The Pursuit of Justice
We handle a diverse range of civil litigation matters. The core of our firm’s representation has been and remains in serious personal injury due to the wrongful conduct of others.
We are experienced and determined enough to have obtained results in the seven digits for some seriously injured clients, but small and caring enough to still handle the basic car wreck case for clients with more modest cases.
We regularly handle cases for law enforcement officers who are injured, and most recently tried a federal whistleblower case for a senior employee of the United States Fish & Wildlife Service.
Additionally, Mr. Mundy has been a competitive shooter since the 1970’s and has substantial experience with firearms and shooting. He has applied this personal experience to handling cases involving shootings and firearms training injuries.
With more and more people moving to Texas, rural landowner disputes are becoming more common. We have advised on and handled litigation involving riparian rights, excessive noise disputes, and issues relating to water rights. Additionally, we have experience in other routine landowner issues such as hunting leases and other recreational use issues.
We especially are honored when we are brought in to assist other lawyers with complex or challenging trial situations. As one example, we were brought in to assist with a federal trial under the Endangered Species Act on behalf of The Aransas Project, which represented over 300 groups, individuals, and governmental entities trying to protect Whooping Cranes in Texas through the Endangered Species Act.
We do NOT handle any family law, immigration, or criminal matters of any kind.
